My Client is at the forefront of innovation and excellence in their sector, dedicated to improving customer experience through strategic insight and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving projects forward and deputising for the Manager in the core running of the team. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of shaping future strategies and delivering measurable improvements across product and customer segments. This role will only be required to travel into the office 2-4 times per month at your local office. 

Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be integral in understanding and implementing strategy, focusing on creating robust, measurable improvements and navigating through the complexities of project work. Your expertise will be crucial in producing accurate forecasting, and analytics, and supporting the team through best practices in coding, coaching, and risk management. Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from initial project consideration to the strategic build and delivery process, ensuring our strategies are not only robust but also optimally implemented.

Your Role

You will dive deep into all aspects of project work, ensuring the seamless execution of strategic initiatives. From analysing initial requirements to developing solutions and managing stakeholders, your efforts will support strategic goals and operational excellence. Your role will require a hands-on approach to forecasting, analytics, and program delivery, leveraging your expertise to impact projects positively. You will champion best coding practices within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

About You

The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a proven track record in leading strategic delivery within a regulatory-compliant environment. You have experience working closely with financial regulatory bodies, such as the FCA or FOS, and possess a deep understanding of financial services. Your analytical skills are top-notch, with a strong ability to apply mathematical and statistical methods to complex problems. A collaborative team player, you thrive in dynamic environments and demonstrate flexibility, assertiveness, and proactivity in your approach.
