Job Summary

Our client’s Resource Planning team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Senior MI Analyst which is where you come in. This business supports a large remit of customers across the UK and has seen an increase in the demand for its services. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success.

 

Your role

As the  Senior MI Analyst, you'll provide analysis and operational insight for all business units, consolidate information from various data outputs, develop reports, interpret the results, turning data into meaningful information and knowledge to assist in decision making.

 

About you

We're looking for a data expert with substantial experience in developing MI for Contact Centres and is able to present analytical concepts to all levels of the business (extra points if you have experience of working in a back-office environment), and have been great at it and all that being a Senior MI Analyst, involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you. 

 

Some bullet points about you:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

  • Excellent working knowledge of Power BI 

  • Excellent Analytical skills to compile, analyse and provide key insights 

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of impacts on financial performance

  • Proven stakeholder management exposure at all levels, demonstrating influence and communication skills
