Job Summary

Our client’s Operations team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Senior Quality Manager which is where you come in. This business supports a large remit of customers across the UK and has seen an increase in the demand for its services as a result of the pandemic. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in its respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further their career and have a real impact on its success.

 

Your role

As the Senior Quality Manager, you'll lead the Quality, Compliance, and Governance teams as they progress with their development of enhancing their Call listening in their Contact Centre environment. You'll work hard to support a consistently high level of Customer Service and work with the team to make sure the business makes the right decisions to support its customer base. 

 

About you

The successful candidate for this role will have an excellent Quality Assurance & Compliance background with proven leadership capabilities (extra points if you have experience of working within a Call Centre environment), and have been great at it and all that being a Senior Quality Manager involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you. 

 

Some bullet points about you:

  • At least 3 years experience in a Contact Centre Leadership Quality & Compliance role 

  • Excellent Analytical skills to compile, analyse and provide key insights 

  • Strong commercial awareness understanding of impacts on financial performance

  • Proven stakeholder management exposure at all levels, demonstrating influence and communication skills
