Job Summary

Our client’s WFM team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Senior Resource Planning Analyst which is where you come in. This business supports a large remit of customers across the North West of England and has seen an increase in the demand for their services over the past 15 years. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success.

 

Your role

As the Senior Resource Planning Analyst, you'll work with the Forecasting & Scheduling Manager to produce a timely, efficient, and expert contact centre & back office planning. You will be the gatekeeper for all forecasts, service predictions within several business areas ensuring all change impacts and activities are included in the plans. 

 

About you

We're looking for an accomplished Planning professional with at least 3 years of working in a Contact Centre Planning team. You will have ground foundations in place with excellent hands-on excel modeling expertise with excellent knowledge of Workforce Management Systems (extra points if you have experience of working within a changing environment) and have been great at it and all that being a Senior Resource Planning Analyst involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.

 

Some bullet points about you:

  • At least 3 years experience in a Contact Centre Resource Planning role 

  • Excellent Excel and Analytical skills 

  • Previous experience of Forecasting & Scheduling within a Resource Planning role

  • Proven stakeholder management exposure at all levels, demonstrating influence and communication skills
