Our client in Manchester City Centre is looking to recruit a Senior Resource Planning Analyst with hybrid working options available to join them at this time of growth.

Job Summary

Our client’s WFM team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Senior Resource Planning Analyst which is where you come in. This business has grown year on year and as part of a global expansion, they are looking to add to their already successful Resource Planning & MI teams. 

 

Your role

As the Senior Resource Planning Analyst, you'll create and manage long/medium-term forecasts for call & non-call workloads monitoring drivers against business change & developing models to improve accuracy. The successful person for this role will own and manage both the budgeted headcount and recruitment plans working closely with senior managers to increase revenue, reduce costs and improve accuracy. 

 

About you

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Planner with at least 5 years of working within either front or back-office Planning teams. You will possess strong in-depth knowledge of Resource Planning methodologies and exceptional stakeholder management skills (extra points if you have experience of working building/designed forecasting models), and have been great at it and all that being a Senior Resource Planning Analyst involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you. 

 

Some bullet points about you:

  • At least 5 years experience in a Contact Centre Resource Planning role 

  • Excellent Analytical skills to compile, analyse and provide key insights 

  • Strong commercial awareness understanding of impacts on financial performance

  • Proven stakeholder management exposure at all levels, demonstrating influence and communication skills
