Job Summary
Our client’s WFM team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Senior Resource Planning Manager which is where you come in. This business supports a large remit of customers across the UK and as they continue to expand their services they are looking to invest heavily into their Workforce Management with the view of providing a much more efficient service to their customers.
Your role
As the Senior Resource Planning Manager, you'll develop and implement resource planning strategies and processes for metering operations in a field-based environment. Lead a team of resource planning analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure effective workforce management. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align resource planning activities accordingly in an evolving environment.
About you
We're looking for an established Senior Resource Planning Manager of Head of Resource Planning with experience in both field-based and Contact Centre expertise (extra points if you have geographical planning skills) and have been great at it and all that being a Senior Planning Manager involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.

At least 5 years experience in a Contact Centre Leadership Resource Planning role

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of impacts on financial performance
