Job Summary
Our client’s WFM team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Senior Resource Planning Manager which is where you come in. This business supports a large remit of customers across the world and has seen an increase in the demand for its services. The brand continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further their career and have a real impact on their success.
Your role
As the Senior Resource Planning Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our business has the optimal depth and breadth of multi-disciplinary operational staff to meet current and future needs. Your expertise will contribute to the strategic Operations Planning process and tactical supply and demand planning, driving technical initiatives to enhance data analysis and championing data integrity.
About you
We're looking for a seasoned Planning Manager professional who should have experience using Business Intelligence tools, ideally with proficiency in Power BI. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in conveying data insights through data tables and graphics, will be invaluable –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.
