Job Summary
Our client’s Resource Planning team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Senior Tactical Planning Manager which is where you come in. This business prides itself on becoming a people-centric business despite working in an extremley fast paced industry where no two days are the same!
Your role
As the Senior Tactical Planning Manager, you'll report into the Head of Resource Planning and lead a team of Tactical Planning Managers along with their direct reports. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional stakholder management skills providing careful strategic planning with a pro-active approach to adapt to an ever changing environment.
About you
You will ideally be a true Resource Planning professional coming through the ranks with a thorough understanding of Contact Centres from the ground up (extra points if you have experience of working within a cross functional WFM department) and have been great at it and all that being a Senior Tactical Planning Manager involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.
