Job Summary
Our client’s Sales team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Telesales Advisor which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further their career and have a real impact on their success.
Your role
As the Telesales Advisor, you'll speak to customers looking to enquire about various products and services taking them through the sales process and matching the best solution to their needs. The successful person for this role will be focused and target driven with a real hunger to want to earn money. The products, services, and brands speak for themselves so it's very much about having a methodical approach and being consistent.
About you
You will ideally have a Sales background with a history of working in a sales-orientated environment (extra points if you have experience working in Contact Centre) and have been great at it and all that being a Telesales Advisor involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.

- Effective questioning and listening skills
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Computer literate (MS Office) with keyboard skills
- Precise comprehension and ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written form
