Job Summary
Our client is currently offering the opportunity to be part of a UK-wide transformation program that will see the solutions implemented by you be used by thousands of staff across the business a dynamic call centre operation. The successful person will take a pivotal role to build, maintain and develop innovative solutions whilst keeping in line with industry best practices.
Your role
As the WFM Analyst - Genesys Cloud, you will be responsible for creating new customer journey solutions using the Genesys Cloud platform. You will assist in driving requirements, size workloads, and aid in key decisions around the tool. Working with all areas of the business you will create and maintain feedback loops to ensure up and downstream processes are aligned.
About you
We're keen to speak with candidates with a strong knowledge of Genesys Workforce Management system and a strong understanding of Genesys API integrations/ Genesys App Foundry. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind to understand requirements and to design and build solutions that meet our client's needs with a particular focus on user experience in a busy contact centre environment.
