Job Summary
Our client’s WFM team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Workforce Planning & MI Manager which is where you come in. This business supports a large remit of customers across the UK and has seen an increase in the demand for its services throughout the pandemic. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further their career and have a real impact on their success.
Your role
As the Workforce Planning & MI Manager, you'll manage a team of Resource Planning Analysts with mixed skillsets helping them to deliver Planning and Real-Time for the overall business. The successful person for this role will deliver cost-effective solutions to ensure organisational costs and performance is achieved.
About you
We're looking for a seasoned Planning Manager professional with at least 5 years of working in a Contact Centre Planning team. You will be commercially focused with the ability to develop resourcing strategies, challenge and identify opportunities for further growth (extra points if you have experience of working with IEX Total View WFM System), and have been great at it and all that being a Workforce Planning & MI Manager involves –if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.
